Visited Butcher & Bee for dinner and had a pleasant experience overall. We ordered the Whipped Feta and Honey, Avocado Rice, Fried Okra, and Rigatoni. The Whipped Feta was creamy and paired perfectly with the honey--definitely a standout dish. The Avocado Rice was fresh and flavorful, a nice twist on a classic. The Fried Okra had a great crunch, though it could have used a bit more seasoning for my taste. The Rigatoni was well-cooked, with a solid sauce. Overall, the meal was good, but not quite the "wow" experience I was hoping for. That said, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was attentive. I'd definitely consider returning, but with so many incredible options in Nashville, it might be a while before I make it back. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit!

Butcher & Bee Nashville on a Sunday Evening was the most delightful and delicious meal I have had in Nashville in a while. Everything I tasted blew me away. I made a reservation on Resy, parked in a small lot next door to the building, and was sat at the bar. Walking in, the vibes were an unexpected, but pleasant, surprise; dim, lively, earthy, eclectic. Cocktails: One of the Seasonal Spritz; a fresh mixed and muddled berry with refreshing cava. 'Have A Nice Day' for the true Mezcal lovers; the smooth flavor of Mezcal was accompanied by honeysuckle, cucumber, aloe, and lime. 'Can Ya' Smell?!' for the gin lovers; light, mint, and lime bodied. You could immediately taste the quality spirits and ingredients in all three cocktails. Avocado Crispy Rice: Carolina Gold rice, greens, peanuts, serrano chiles. You can even add more avocado, or meat, if you'd like. The smell draws you in, but the surprise (or mystery) is in the bite. We couldn't figure out how we were tasting crispy rice, but also could not stop eating it! Herbed Falafel: pistachio, avocado, and sambal pickled onions. The best falafel I've ever had. Perfect crisp on the outside, and soft on the inside; not greasy or hard; full of flavor and a sweep of creamy avocado glazed the dish. Poached Halibut: the best, most uniquely flavored, halibut I have had. Black lime-tomato butter, fig leaf, fennel soubise, urfa. The halibut was so soft and flaky and flavorful, but the butter the halibut was based in was so good, if I were at home, I would have turned the bowl up like the milk in a cereal bowl. Grilled Lamb Ribs: Yes, RIBS. I'm from Memphis, TN, so the ribs I eat are at someone's home, and they HAVE to "fall off the bone." Butcher & Bee's "lamb ribs" literally fell off the bones. Topped with an unbelievable pickled green tomato salsa and sorghum mop sauce. Literally, sauce you want to mop the meat with. We did not have room for dessert, BUT a kind gentlemen insisted we taste the Whipped Feta (he gave us first dibs on his); another one of my favorite dishes to order. This one did not disappoint. With the fermented honey, it was actually a great treat to end the full-bodied dinner on. I'd even consider having it for dessert, or after a meal again. I have zero complains after our first-time visit to Butcher & Bee. I'm struggling between repeating my same meal, or trying something new, because EVERYTHING was delicious. Luckily, their menu does rotate regularly. So, no guilt either way.

I don't know where to start from I have so many good things to say about Butcher and Bee! Bar: the bartender is exceptional and not your average resturant bartender. I'd compare his cocktails to those of high-end cocktail bars. Space: I love the little patio area. It's so well designed and beautiful. Food: I'm obsessed with their whipped feta! It's a must! I've been disappointed with every other whipped feta I've ordered after having theirs. It's the best!

Wow just way. Get the summer peaches and tomatoes-life changing flavor combo that I have been craving ever since I had it a few weeks ago. Atmosphere is romantic, airy and comforting all together. Must go! Loved the lazy Susan on our table. Best way to share- which is what we did. I'm
